Awesome time at the world's largest McDonald's! Extremely clean and organized. The food was good, unfortunately I did not get a chance to try the Wood Oven fired pizza. I plan on returning within the week to try it. Stay tuned!

I can't believe I'm giving a McDonald's a 5-star review. This is supposed to be one of the largest McDonald's in the world. The best service I've ever seen at a McDonald's with friendly employees. The restaurant is the cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. They will make you an omelette for breakfast. They actually make pizzas here. They have a game room, and a nice one at that. This place is two stories tall. It's really nice to be able to spend way less than $10 for breakfast, the food always tasted freshly-made and was hot. If you order at their kiosks, they will bring your meal out to your table.

The spaghetti was delicious... yes, spaghetti at McDonald's. Their peanut butter cake was just okay and I expected better out of their chocolate coffee cake than I got but that was only .99. The staff was friendly and helpful and very attentive to the dining room. 2 floors. Upstairs had additional seating and a decent sized arcade and huge play place. Kids had a blast!

Excellent. If you're from the UK 🇬🇧 then worth a visit if you're on holiday (vacation) to compare. Loads more choice than the UK 🇬🇧.. 🇺🇸 USA is better.

Best McDonald's ever! We had happy meals and pizzas, and they were DELICIOUS! Mr. Perrin, Swing Manager, is a wonder. My daughter accidentally received pickles on her burger, and he replaced it in minutes. He carried it straight to our table. My husband is not a fan of McDonald's, nor of pizza, and this place changed his mind about BOTH!HUGE play area, quick service, clean, and good food. We recommend this McDonald's highly!

Very very very slow service. I waited 20 minutes for a cold burger. The only reason for the two stars instead of one is the playground. My daughter enjoyed it.

Price gouging. $2 more than any other fish filet. Restaurant claims not to participate in traditional pricing because this is a bigger McDonald's. I'm in the drive-through so I'm not benefiting from anything except for long lines due to poor management. Update food is not fresh. 30 minutes for cold food.

This is definitely a place to visit. They serve from their regular menu which is burgers, nuggets, fries, etc. But they also have a brick oven where they make 10" inches pizza and they also serve different pastas and awesome desserts like cheesecake and chocolate cake. I recommend to visit at least once.

Xtra Large it is! Rumored to be the largest MacDonald​s in the world. Well staffed with much larger variety than one would expect. Oversized play and entertainment area upstairs for young and old alike. Too bad the Big Mac Bacon Burger Combo was cold and dry while the Fry's were soggy and cool. Spaghetti was super hot!

The BEST McDonald's I've ever visited! The jungle gym was great and the food options were unbelievable! The pizza is delicious! A must visit if your child loves McDonald's.

Apparently, it is the biggest McDonald’s on Earth. It is a 2 story building that offers specialty cakes, pasta, and custom built pizzas. Also, it has a huge indoor playground for kids as well as the arcade room.The Food.We tried pizza and, surprisingly, it was pretty good having in mind it came from the fast food chain. Touch screen menu had enough options of ingredients to customize pizza order based on personal taste. Keep in mind that some toppings cost extra. I would rate pizza 7-8 points out of 10.The Ambience.This McDonald’s is clearly a touristy, family place which is good. Also, the service was pretty quick given the location’s high volume. The downside is that sometimes it could be a little noisy and some tables could be messy.Definitely worth a visit at least once given its size and extra menu offerings!

Ordered their version of a Monte cristo breakfast sandwich and it was actually pretty good, not to mention the experience and atmosphere here is quite unique compared to other McDonald's👌

Crazy crazy crazy. Bathroom upstairs the changing table was broken and off the wall. The changing table downstairs was in the bathroom area when there is plenty of room to put it outside a bathroom stall waited way to long for someone to come out of the bathroom so ended up changing him on the nasty floor but couldn't wait longer. Could not order with your mobile phone which is dumb with the long lines. We just got ice cream but was neat seeing pizza and other food

It was McDonald's. A large one that had pizza, pasta and an arcade. It was so packed. Almost impossible to speak to an employee if something was wrong with your order (which I did have something wrong).The arcade was rundown looking. Some of the games didn't work but they were not marked. The machine will still take your credits and nothing you can do about it. You would think for being advertised as the World's Largest Entertainment McDonald's they would make sure everything works and looks great being it's right in one of the largest tourist areas.Clean it up, make sure there is a way for customers to speak to an employee about their orders, update the arcade and play area (which also looks dingy).

Neat experience. Pizza was very good. Was super busy though. Didn't let the kids play much because there were too many people.

food took 45 minutes to get to us not fast food at all .Fish tank relaxing though .

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever enjoyed. The staff are friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A missed item on our meal was very quickly corrected with no questions and apologies from the manager Mr P. This fast food restaurant treats you as if it is a full service sit down restaurant. We were very impressed with the service and hospitality. Would recommend them to everyone.

A really fun experience. So many food options. It was easy to find vegan-friendly food. The quality of food was about cafeteria quality but it still beat having to eat something considered regular food at this place. They have a large indoor play area, an arcade, fish tank, a sundae kind-of station. The kids loved it!

I live 15 minutes away and always bring my son here to eat and play. The customer service is great but hygiene is terrible. The playground is always dirty with food which is understandable since it's for kids but that's why it should be cleaned because IT IS FOR KIDS and they can easily catch anything and get sickAlso, most of the things inside the playground don't work especially the ones with music for toddlers. Besides that great location love coming here

Typical Fast Food, with some exciting made to order items like pizza and pasta. Props for atmosphere and design. The pizza was good, but be prepared for a wait for your food.

Lots of different good options, not your typical McDonald's! Awesome play area upstairs. Very clean and the employees are very pleasant and helpful. Our total was a little higher than what you expect at McDonald's but worth it!!

This McDonald's is incredible. It is the largest McDonald's that I have ever seen. The drive through area is large and accommodating. This McDonald's is unique because it sells pizza and pasta. I did not try either. However, I was able to watch the employees cook the pizza. They used a real brick oven to cook the pizza! This was a very unique experience.

Overcharged me by $25 and completely unprofessional about it. Doubt I will ever see the refund.

If there is any McDonald’s world wide that deserve a five star rating then this is the only location that must get it . McDonald here offer pizzas , subs , desert bar , kids playing area with arcade, amazing service and so many activities for the kids to keep them busy . CHeck the photos out .

The best McDonald's I have ever visited. It is nice and incredibly clean. At this McDonald's, you can get both burger, pizza and pasta, something I haven't seen at other McDonald's. On the first floor there is a large play area for children and an arcade. However, one must be aware that because of the play area, there is some noise on the first floor. But far less noise in the ground floor.

The World's Largest McDonald's! My dream has come true! Its got everything you need from a McDonald's. Its got all day breakfast, pizza, pasta along with loads of desserts. Massive Arcade with kids to play in a play house. Always busy and it's not too expensive for that part of Orlando

I have never seen fresh pizza, fresh pasta dishes, chocolate cake or cheesecake at a McDonald's. The staff were friendly, service was good. The play area was an entire floor and my kids had a good time. If you haven't been here I would definitely recommend taking a trip.

Now this is a fast food wonder. A McDonalds where you can get pizza, pasta and the full McDonald's menu (discontinued items also). There is a game room, a huge play structure and plenty of room. This place is 2 story and open 24 hours. A must see for any tourist in the Orlando area. Located right off the highway and down the street from Universal.

I went here with a lot of expectations so I'm a little disappointed. However, its pretty great place still. This place is like a mini Chucky cheese married a McDonald's and its give birth to this biggest McDonald's. Its 2 floors with limited parking. They do have wood fired pizza. I wish I tried its. The pizza looked good. The staffs were super friendly. One McDonald's employee went around asking how everyone was doing.

Need to honor hold times on food products. All four(4) breakfast burritos were cold and hard on the side it was probably resting on. Both hashbrowns were cold and instead of putting the sugar in the coffee they said "here's the packets" to do it myself. It's not just one McDonald's that is bad, it's the collective of bad experiences from every visit that's so freaking aggravating.

Place is great if you have kids and want the experience of largest McDonald's, they have a whole upstairs section and do fresh pizza too! If you simply want a decent cheeseburger then expect a long wait and limited parking/long drive through queues! Also the prices are aimed at tourists and are more expensive than the McDonald's half a mile down the road (and at other locations)! Worth a visit to say you've been, otherwise choose another fast food venue/establishment!

Large establishment, very quick serve. If you are not from the area, fear not there is always someone there to help you. They serve pasta at this location, and have their own desert counter. Much nicer than the locations I am use to.

Big McDonalds. Swung by while in the area as the kids wanted happy meals. A lot of automation for ordering. Still like ordering the old fashioned way. Employees were nice. Play area kept the youngest kids entertained.

It was extremely clean and everyone was super nice, the staff was polite and very calm with my upset parent and very understanding of their mistake (they gave my brother nuggets instead of a burger by complete accident). The play space was very safe and clean as well as the arcade. A very very good experience, I highly recommend going there with your family!

1am. Not too busy 4 I drive. Kiosk order = 15 min.waiting, I asked a kid 4 help, took another 10 min = cold food. Half a latte filled and warm, not hot. It's a dump.

Best McDonald's Ever!! Delicious food, excellent customer service and the restaurant is kept very clean. There is so much you can do here. There is an arcade, games room, and a huge play area. This is also the only McDonald's that serves pizza, pasta and waffles. I tried the Belgian Waffles and they were delicious. They are open 24 hours too which is very convenient. Definitely one of the best McDonald's locations that I have ever been to.

Best McDonalds ever!! Kudos to Shift Manager Perrin. He was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind even when busy. They know how to run the ship and keep things organized. Super kid friendly!

Perrin is one of the friendliest, most accommodating people I have ever met and is an asset to your company. We made sure to tell him during our visit but wanted to make sure management knew as well. Any company would be lucky to have someone like him working for them.

I think some people use this place as an amusement park for their kids. The prize cage closed because the attendant was helping a girl that was laying on the ground after fighting with another girl. The entire entertainment area had a seedyness to it. Kids kept coming up to my kids asking if they could play on their arcade card. The new food additions were good but I don't think I would order them again. Worth a visit I guess. Go during the day and skip upstairs all together.

I have yet to get my simple order if iced coffee correct.

Worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Took me 30 minutes to get my food, on a Wednesday night. They forgot 2 fries and they were out of ketchup. The pasta came out within the first 5 minutes but sat there behind the counter getting cold for the other 25 minutes. The prices here are all higher, with a large pop costing 2.50$. while I was waiting for my fries that they forgot, a woman was standing there on here phone instead of working, leaving a hard working individual to do everything including her work. They need a new staff or this mcdonalds deserves to fail. While I love McDonald's, this place is an overpriced disaster, don't go here.

Never been here before. Couldn't believe the size of the place and what they had to offer beyond what McDonalds normally offers. I had a Philly cheese steak. Not what I'm use to but not to bad. My friend order Chicken Alfredo. You have to pay extra for the chicken they said it was pretty good. The people are friendly. There one guy I believe the call him Mr. P he was awesome.

Crazy good place. The spaghetti was tastier than I expected. Very modern, clean, and well organized. Place order at a kiosk and wait for your number to be called. Food is delivered to your table. Two floors with an elevator. Play area. The kids with us loved it.

Watch out!! They were not very busy, tons a spots to sit. Placed order on screen, and IT TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES to get our food (only 2 quarter pounders and 2 happy meals). I think they had to kill the cow...

This is the largest McDonald's in the country! It was amazing! Kids loved the 3 story playground area! Everyone used the on screen ordering, but they had employees there to help guide you through the process. It was great. All the orders were correct no mess-ups! Every order was double checked to be sure it was right. Employees asking if everything was ok. Food was ready faster than any drive-through here in Illinois! Very generous with toppings. Too bad it isn't closer to home!

Of course we had to visit this epic McDonald's with our kids while visiting Orlando! They loved it. And the customer service was fantastic! As expected, it was extremely busy, but we still got our order pretty fast.

Awesome McDonald's to visit and eat. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. You place your order at the machine and they will deliver the food anywhere you are. I love the arcade area and there was plenty of seating. The atmosphere was relaxing and restrooms,food area,drink area and arcade were clean. They have 2 stories and both were very well maintained. I definitely recommend visiting this McDonald's with your children. They will have lots of fun.

This McDonald's is the cleanest I've ever seen. I went 2 days in a row and both days workers were deep cleaning everything. Like removing chair cushions and cleaning underneath them. A manager was also greeting and chatting with guests today. He was super friendly. He even remembered my kid's name. The manager also brought out happy meal toys for each of my 4 kids. When we mentioned it was my daughter's birthday the next day, he got her a chocolate cupcake. Incredible service. WAY ABOVE and beyond expected!
